Tennis Pro Shop Attendant (Part Time)

The Lancaster Country Club has a part-time position available in our Tennis Pro Shop. We are looking for a dependable and personable person to answer the phone and to greet and assist members. Candidate must be 18 years of age or older. Candidate will be trained to schedule court time and ring up sales. Responsibilities include light dusting in the Pro Shop and light tennis court maintenance. Court maintenance includes adding water and ice to on court coolers, sweeping courts and picking up tennis balls around the grounds.

Available Pro Shop hours are 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. weeknights and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Our Pro Shop atmosphere is casual and friendly. Presentable and appropriate athletic wear required.

Bartender

LCC is looking for enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent member drinking experience. Great bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectation.

Responsibilities:
 • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar, dining, and functions
 • Interact with members and their guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks
 • Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
 • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
 • Help plan and present bar menu
 • Check for members’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age, if needed
 • Restock and replenish (using FIFO) bar inventory and supplies; including inventory rooms and coolers
 • Stay member focused and nurture an excellent member experience
 • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
 • 18 years or older
 • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
 • Excellent knowledge of in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
 • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
 • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
 • RAMP training: not required but preferred
 • POS knowledge

PT Housekeeping/ Event Setup Staff

We are looking for a professional PT Housekeeper/ Setup staff able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. This person will also take care of staging rooms for events and event changeovers. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our members and guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining our legacy.

Responsibilities
  - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing.
  - Ensure all rooms are set to function standards for the daily events
  - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  - Notify supervisor on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Requirements
  - Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper or setup
  - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  - Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  - Customer-oriented and friendly
  - Prioritization and time management skills
  - Working quickly without compromising quality
  - Knowledge of English language
  - High school degree

Schedule
  - Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Schedule will vary day to day based on our event schedule. Some shifts may be overnight. Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.

Front Desk Associate

The Lancaster Country Club is currently looking for a self-motivated, member-focused candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Associate.

The successful candidate will be welcoming, efficient, professional, and determined to deliver a quality product with sensational service to every member every time. As Front Desk Associate the employee is the first point of contact with the member. Not only responsible for help each member and their guest but will ensure that each guest is more than comfortable with their visit and provide each member with the best possible service.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  - Maintain warm, welcoming and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with all members and guests
